Your stay will include an orchard and forest bathing walk featuring mindful, sensory activities to relax your body & clear your mind. Forest bathing or shinrin-yoku in Japan, can help to reduce blood pressure and stress levels while improving energy and sleep. It is a supportive practice that promotes connection to nature and community.
