1 large apple
2T granulated sugar
1t ground sugar
2t ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 250F.
Thinly slice apples 1/8 inch thick. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange apples slices in a single layer. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon, and sprinkle over apples slices on both sides. Bake until slices are dry and crisp, about 2 hours. After 1 hour turn slices to bake evenly.
Chips will keep for 3 days in a sealed container.
