Baked Apple Chips
The Perfect Back to School Snack ~ makes about a cup
Preheat oven to 250F. Thinly slice apples 1/8 inch thick. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange apple slices in a single layer.
In a small bowl combine sugar and cinnamon, and sprinkle over apple slices on both sides.
Bake until slices are dry and crisp, about 2 hours. After 1 hour, turn slices to bake evenly. Chips will keep for 3 days in a sealed container.
